Usually, safe.: Although theoretically, there could be blood pressure or heart rate effects of Buspar (buspirone) due to its effects upon serotonin and dopamine, there are no reports of buspar-induced wpw-associated arrhythmias. Interestingly, although IV beta-blocker might not halt a wpw-related arrhythmia, oral beta blockers seem to decrease stress-related recurrences of tachycardia in WPW patients.
