Abx don't Tx: Antibiotics don't usually treat high eosinophils.

Eosinophils may be elevated due to allergic conditions, or (more common outside of the us) due to parasites. Anti-parasite drugs, if effective may lower eos count.
Eosinophils associated with cancer or bone marrow issues is less common, but possible.

What type of Ig?: is it the IgE or the IgG? if it is the general IgE, then immunotherapy can be admistered if the specific IgE to a certain allergen is high, confirmed by skin testing, history and physical exam, as regards the high eosinophils, that can be due to allergies, if you haven't been evaluated by an allergist/immunologist already, please do so, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area

: There are many different things that can cause a high eosinophil count. Allergy can definitely cause a high eosinophil count and an allergist can help with testing to determine the extent of the allergies and if it is enough to explain the high count. There are also disorders which have a high eosinophil count and a pulmonologist can help diagnose these disorders. Good luck to you!

Not definite prob.: Eosinophils usually target parasitic infections and allergic stimuli. So if elevated, may be due to one of these issues. If no prior lab #s, may also just be normal for you. Should ask your dr if concern about infection or allergic response present. Should also repeat test in 5-10 days to see if on way up/down/stable #s, as might change.

Eosinophils: That level is not too high. Elevated eosinophils could come from allergies or parasites. The true cause and any treatment should be discussed with your doctor. The other white blood cells may give more information.

Eosinophils: There is no eosinophil testing of urine so I have no clue as to what you are looking at. The bacteria in urine must be evaluated with the following questions asked:

1. Was the urine collected properly with cleansing of the body around the urethra?  If not, then bacteria on the skin can cause false results on the urine. 

2. Was the specimen processed immediately after the urine collection?

Not dangerous: rather normal, as for the pain, can very well be muscular or related to bones, rest, pain killers and warm compresses would help, if not, see your doctor for assessment, good luck

No: A really elevated eosinophil count, say over an absolute count of 500, is usually not the result of allergies. If it's way-high and you have symptoms / signs or illness, a good physical exam is in order. We wouldn't want to miss hodgkin's disease at your age. If your eos are with the lab's reference range and you feel well enough, don't give this another thought.

: High B12 level is harmless. High eosinophil counts are most often caused by allergies&amp; parasitic infections. Continual or recurrent discomfort in the right lower abdomen,ongoing fatigue warrant evaluation by your MD or a gastroenterologist as a start. Appropriate testing including blood tests and abdominal imagining,if deemed advisable, will be carried out. You may also be referred to a neurologis
