There are many different things that can cause a high eosinophil count. Allergy can definitely cause a high eosinophil count and an allergist can help with testing to determine the extent of the allergies and if it is enough to explain the high count. There are also disorders which have a high eosinophil count and a pulmonologist can help diagnose these disorders. Good luck to you!
