What type of Ig?: is it the IgE or the IgG? if it is the general IgE, then immunotherapy can be admistered if the specific IgE to a certain allergen is high, confirmed by skin testing, history and physical exam, as regards the high eosinophils, that can be due to allergies, if you haven't been evaluated by an allergist/immunologist already, please do so, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area
