Abx don't Tx: Antibiotics don't usually treat high eosinophils. Eosinophils may be elevated due to allergic conditions, or (more common outside of the us) due to parasites. Anti-parasite drugs, if effective may lower eos count. Eosinophils associated with cancer or bone marrow issues is less common, but possible.
