There is no such : Thing as spot fat loss. You would need to lose weight in general & a certain proportion of that  will be abdominal fat.  This can be done by eating healthfully, being physically active and making sure that calories burned exceed calories consumed.However you can improve your appearance by toning your abs. To tighten your abdominal muscles consider doing crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball &gt;&gt;.

Depends: It all depends on what you put in your PURE green smoothy.  Normally it is made up of vegetables ( spinach) and fruits such as banana.  If these are the only ingredients thats fine. Avoid parsley.  Please do not make this your only nutrition.  Just drink it as a supplement to your other meals because, you will neet your fats and proteins etc etc.  everything in moderation.

Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge &amp; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.

Carbs: Many people respond well to a low glycemic diet. Excess carbs tends to cause an excessive Insulin response. This is what pushes the sugar into the cells, but it is  also the fat signal. Regular activity can help especially high intensity exercise.
