Belly Fat Pregnancy: Restricting your diet and a sedentary lifestyle during pregnancy are not what you should strive for. You should not be concerned about belly fat during pregnancy, only with maintaining a healthy diet for you and your developing child. Ask your obstetrician for a nutritional consult as soon as possible. With guidance from your doctor you can continue to excercise also.

Maintain 25 lbs limt: It is expected to gain upto 25 pounds during pregnancy so - check and make sure you do not exceed this limit and do not worry about weight gain excessively the tough part is postpartum to switch gears to bring down your hunger and diet habits if you switch back your eating pattern between 15 days - 21 days post pregnancy you will do fine.
