threw football for 2 hours without warming up. back of shoulder near shoulder blade has been sore for over a month but can do things like lift arm over head. doing shoulder strengthening exercises is painful. is this a sign of something serious?

Permanent scar: This is done by creating a permanent indented scar at the desired location of the dimple. Unlike a natural simple it may be present at rest. Yes it can be performed after a face lift.

At 1 month: A baby should hold head up on prone position at one month of age. At 2 months of age, he or she should be able to hold head at midline, and should be able to hold up chest. At 3 months of age, should be able to hold weight on both arms, and at 4 months, he should be able to roll over, though this is quite variable from a baby to baby. These milestones are average, and there are some variations.

Isotonic: There is a whole class of exercise (quite popular about 20 years ago) that involve tensing muscle groups without motion, holding for 10 or 15 seconds, then releasing.
