Protein : ...And resistance (weight) training.  Limit carbs.  For fastest results, do the slow carb diet or South Beach Diet at the same time use your choice of whey protein drinks/powders.  Of course, follow this advice only when cleared by your doctor as certain disease states would not support this.

Creatine: No.  Your height will be determined by genetics , not a supplement .  There is no way to increase your height beyond what those genetics dictate.  Be happy and healthy and enjoy your age and don't worry about the things you cannot change.

Depends: Creatine is a popular supplement among body builders &amp; athletes who are trying to add muscle mass. Check the other ingredients before using it. Excessive of creatinine use and muscle mass will put a burden on Kidney. Talk to your PCP &amp; know your health before using it. If you decide to take it, drink plenty of water (&gt;3 liter/d), check kidney function &amp; CPK periodically as recommneded by your doc.

Stay hydrated: Your exercise regimen is commendable. Taking 3 grams of creatnine will not make u fat however this dose may be excessive for your kidneys.  I would consult a nutritionist and definitely stay hydrated if your take any amount of creatine.

Yes: As long as these supplements are combined with intense, dedicated workouts, you should take them.  If you're not committed to the workouts, they will just at weight/fat.  You need 4-5 days of cardiovascular training a week for 45 minutes per day at 80% of maximum age corrected heart rate.  You also need to weightlift with moderate weight and high repetitions 3-4 times per week.

Nobody knows for sure what happens if a person takes performance-enhancing supplements. So, it is best for all athletes to train and build their bodies the natural way, with healthy nutritious foods, avoiding "supplements" and steroids.
