Would check it out: B"sd would also expect a lower heart rate with good fitness.  Would suggest check on thyroid and if thats ok for  excess adrenaline.  Certainly, consider having check up for any heart, lung problems or anemia.

Exercise : Use your watch to exercise.  Let's say you start with 5 minutes the first day, increasing it by 5 minutes every other day. Don't increase if the pain persists. Potentially, your pain will decrease as your muscles strengthen. You may also want to try taking an anti-inflammatory  2 hours before riding. In a week, if no improvement, see an orthopedic doctor.

i started rowing regularly three months ago added to 2years of 10,000 steps/day. vegan diet 2 years  my bp is 110/58 (after stopping losartan 2 weeks ago)  can exercise and diet lower my bp so i can go off diuretic as well? my rn says no?
