Denture tabs.: You can use denture tablets.  The way we tell denture patients to keep them clean is by using a denture brush, found at many pharmacies,  with dish soap.  Make sure you clean them over a sink filled with water in case you drop them.  Then rinse and place in a denture cup with water and a bit of mouthwash while you sleep.

No problem: I don't see any problem with putting your retainer in a dishwasher, it will not damage the structure.
Will it remove all stains? I don't know the degree of stains or calcium retained in the acrylic part of your retainer. You can also use a denture cleaning solution or desolving tabs. Sold over the counter.

No: You should have an appointment to go back in to see them tomorrow to have it removed and cleaned.  Removing it may make it difficult to replace.  It helps keep the swelling down.  So if you were to take it out tonight, put it back in right away.  It is going to hurt to do it though.

24 hours: The dentist should be the one to remove them the next day. They should check for healing, clotting, and pressure / sore spots, as well as fit. Adjustments as needed then and over the next 1 - 4 weeks. Rinse only gently for the first 2 -3 days, so you don't wash out the clots. See your dentist for follow-up right away. Good luck.

Ultrasonically: Dentists will place the denture in a solution called "tartar and stain remover" and place the container in an ultrasonic bath.  The shock waves within the solution speed up the action of the solution to  dissolve hardened deposits and dislodge stain from the denture.  The use of a "high shine" material applied to the denture can restore a high lustre to the denture surface.

Dettol: Handwashing soaps are not supposed to be ingested. You can clean your dentures with them, but they must be thoroughly rinsed before putting them back in your mouth.
Anything abrasive should not be used because they will leave scratches that will stain more easily.
The best way to clean dentures is to soak them in denture cleaner.

Not toothpaste: Soak in denture cleanser and use soap along with a soft brush. Toothpaste is too abrasive and will be hard on the acrylic surfaces in most dentures. If the staining is persistent or severe, ask the dentist to use an ultrasonic cleaner on them when you are in for your annual oral cancer examination.

Once a day..at least: If you get food under it after eating, then more than once/day.  Each time you should at least rinse after eating.  Food can cause the good teeth  to decay, if not removed.

If you are talking about brushing it, or using a tablet for soaking, then once a day is fine.

what is the best way to clean and remove stains from false teeth and bit plate?

The best: Way and what I use in my office and recommend to patients is to purchase powdered dw detergent. Place teeth in a 2 c container that can take boiling water, place 1 tblsp of detergent and add water on the boil. Let sit over night, scrub with a stiff brush (kitchen sink type) then rinse. Repeat as needed.
