Denture tabs.: You can use denture tablets. The way we tell denture patients to keep them clean is by using a denture brush, found at many pharmacies, with dish soap. Make sure you clean them over a sink filled with water in case you drop them. Then rinse and place in a denture cup with water and a bit of mouthwash while you sleep.

Daily care: I recommend to all my denture patients the following: 1. When possible after eating, remove rinse mouth and denture, replace. 2. At night : clean with soft toothbrush and toothpaste then soak in effervescent antibacterial cleaner (i.e. Efferdent) . 3. Leave out at night. 4. See your dentist every 6 mos. For tissue and denture check and denture cleaning. This program works !

Rinse and soak: Take your dentures out after every meal and rinse all food debris off them and rinse your mouth out as well. Soak your dentures in denture cleanser according to the instructions on the box. Do not soak the dentures overnight in denture cleanser.

There are a multitud: Of good denture cleaners available for standard dentures. If the dentures are specialty types of dentures - like valplast or other thermoplastic types; and / or if ther are implant supported dentures with o-rings, etc, best to consult with your dentist for the appropriate cleaner. Hope this helps.
