Dettol: Handwashing soaps are not supposed to be ingested. You can clean your dentures with them, but they must be thoroughly rinsed before putting them back in your mouth. Anything abrasive should not be used because they will leave scratches that will stain more easily. The best way to clean dentures is to soak them in denture cleaner.
