i take three meds before i leave for work, levothyroxine, effexor (venlafaxine) and clonazepam  please advise the best way to take,  thank you?

See below:: Levothyroxine should be taken first before you eat anything. Try, although i&#x27;ll say what&#x27;s most important is that you be as consistent as possible in how you take it; but take it every single day: it is the most important med you are on.  Effexor (venlafaxine) should be xr and taken in the am. Dosage is important to know. Clonazepam can make you drowsy-if you can avoid during day, you may not feel so drowsy.

Yes....: ...The levothyroxine ( synthroid) is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach about 30 to 60 minutes before eating  breakfast. Ideally you would take the Effexor (venlafaxine) xr with breakfast and the Clonazepam could be with breakfast as well if you take it on a regular basis. But if you are still feeling so tired, make sure you are getting your blood checked regularly, see your dr to discuss all factors.

if i take a low dose of levothyroxine (25 mcg) for life, would my thyroid become lazier/ slower?   can this low starting dose work for hypothyroid?

No: Your thyroid wont become lazy or tolerant.  The dose your on is a  good starting dose and may be the right dose.

i had blood work done and my mvp is high at 13.2 everything else is within normal range. im 25 year old female i eat an all plant based diet and im active. i have been diagnosed with hypothyroid 7 years ago i take levothyroxine 75mcg?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your slightly high MPV is not a cause for concern.

hi, my doctor has given me clomid but i have a doubt: i had a surgery to part remove the thyroid and i take levothyroxine 50mg every day. i read that clomid works on fsh, will it effect my levothyroxine dosage or will i get some sort of imbalance?

Not likely,: any new issue with the thyroid from clomid. This increases the FSH,  to stimulate the ovaries,  TSH works on the thyroid gland, not much cross reaction.

Takes its time. : The full effect of levothyroxine is not immediate. When we start the medication anew or change its dose, we usually have to wait at least three weeks to perform blood tests to see its full effect. So it does take its time.

Depends: Hi. Levothyroxine (T4) takes about 5-6 weeks to get to equilibrium state in your blood. Biological effects may be felt sooner than that, of course, but in terms of lab testing after starting or changing a dose, you need to wait about 6 weeks to test when the dose is at equilibrium in the blood. T4 works by regulating gene expression; DNA to RNA to protein and the proteins affect tissue function

Hypothyroidism: Given it's long half-life, we re-check your TSH about 6-8wks after you start Levothyroxine or change your dose. There are many symptoms to hypothyroidism (that's why you're taking Levothyroxine, right?), some of which take longer to resolve than others, but most within that 6-8wk period of time, if you're taking right dose for you. But weight won't magically melt off w/o exercising &amp; eating health

Not long.: Levo-thyroxine is generally absorbed within a few hours.  Some things can affect its absorption, including stomach acidity and food.  Overall the correct dosing of levo-thyroxine in any particular patient is individualised and based mainly on the TSH level.
