See below:: Levothyroxine should be taken first before you eat anything. Try, although i'll say what's most important is that you be as consistent as possible in how you take it; but take it every single day: it is the most important med you are on. Effexor (venlafaxine) should be xr and taken in the am. Dosage is important to know. Clonazepam can make you drowsy-if you can avoid during day, you may not feel so drowsy.

See a psychiatrist: Are the Effexor (venlafaxine) and clonzepam being prescribed by a psychiatrist? Did an endocrinologist diagnose your hypothyroidism?
