Keep treating: Sometimes it takes several treatments or change of cream to get rid of the infestation.  Be sure that you have washed all linens in hot water and put pillows and stuffed toys into plastic bags for a few days (scabies can't live long without humans).  I would also vacuum the whole house then throw away that vacuum bag.

Doubt it but...: Transmission usually occurs via direct skin-to-skin contact, seen most commonly in overcrowded living conditions.Scabies tends to peak in colder seasons, probably due to increased crowding and prolonged survival of mites away from the host in cooler temperatures. Young children and the elderly are most frequently affected. There is no gender or ethnic predominance.

Scabies: It is very possible that you did not have scabies at all. If your practitioner did not scrape the lesions actually see the mites, the possibility of scabies is lessened. Sometimes the medicines given for presumptive scabies can be quite irritating in their own right. That means that you should definitely see a dermatologist and get this assessed properly. You may or may not even have scabies.

The : The dermatologist will prescribe or recommend medication for the baby or possibly all the family members. Wash the clothes, bedding and towels the baby has used in hot water in the washing machine.  Dry the laundry on the high heat setting in the dryer.  If there are soft/ material items that the baby has come in contact with that canâ€™t go into the washer, put them in an airtight plastic bag or container  for at least three days. Vacuum the house using a disposable cleaner bag if possible. Avoid handling the contents of the vacuum cleaner bag or canister. Dispose of cleaner bag or ensure that the canister is well cleaned.

Multiple issues: 1. It is not likely to be scabies as the parasite usually affects cooler areas of the body such as hands.
2. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
3. Get HPV vaccine.
4. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Scabies : Scabies is extremely contagious.  What you're seeing as a rash is actually your body's reaction to the mites burrowing under your skin, not the mites themselves.  So there is really no telling where the little guys are.

You must see a dermatologist and get a cream that, for the most part, will kill all the mites in one treatment (usually), but you must also have anyone you live with or are in close contact with (i.e., your sex partner) and they must be treated as well.  You should also wash your bedsheets and clothes in hot water and dry them in a drier.

You should know that scabies is not anything you get because you're unclean.  It's not a hygiene problem, and it knows no class.  Rich, poor, democrats and even republicans get scabies.  But you'll never get rid of them without seeing a dermatologist.  And getting rid of them is very fast & "mity" easy.
