Keep treating: Sometimes it takes several treatments or change of cream to get rid of the infestation. Be sure that you have washed all linens in hot water and put pillows and stuffed toys into plastic bags for a few days (scabies can't live long without humans). I would also vacuum the whole house then throw away that vacuum bag.
