Yes, they both can: Both tumors and aneurysms can cause focal neurologic symptoms and deficits, such as one sided numbness, weakness; imbalance; speech and/or language difficulties; visual impairment (including double vision).
However, unilateral numbness (depending on time course and exact distribution) could be related to blood flow issues (stroke) or demyelination in the brain (ms), or, spinal cord.

what is the best exam to look for aneurysms in the abdominal area of your body?

Ultrasound: Ultrasound is a good start. It has no radiation and very high sensitivity.

If you are considering other, visceral artery, aneurysms, then you may need to consider a ct with IV contrast.

Speak with your vascular surgeon - they should no very well what tests are needed for which vessel.

MRA / Cerebral Angio: A diagnostic test is necessary. The least invasive would be the MRA if there are any questions the a Full Cerebral Angiogram is indicated

Sorry, no...: I would advise you to not dwell on things that could  develop. I'd like to see you focus on things you can control, such as diet, lifestyle, exercise, and life choices.  Certainly if some symptoms develop that indicate such concerns, then your health team will direct the appropriate work up.  There are appropriate age and family history screens that can be applied. Cerebral aneurysm: Cerebral aneurysm can cause pressure phenomena if it is large enough on adjacent neurons. Which ones depends on where the aneurysm is. If the aneurysm ruptures it will cause ischemia and other forms of damage to the cells in the area. Again which cells are harmed depends on where the aneurysm is and whether it ruptures or causes other problems.

Different problem.: One does not feel abnormal upon stopping plavix (clopidogrel).  However, were one to discontinue Plavix (clopidogrel) prematurely, the risk is of thrombosis and its consequences (for example, stent occlusion when Plavix (clopidogrel) is used for its antiplatelet effects following deployment of a drug-eluting stent).

See below: High blood pressure, chronically untreated may cause Charcot-Bouchard aneurysms, which can rupture and cause brain hemorrhage.  Another reason to treat hypertension.  I think chronic anger can increase stress which may well have an ill effect on body function in general.
