Cerebral aneurysm: Cerebral aneurysm can cause pressure phenomena if it is large enough on adjacent neurons. Which ones depends on where the aneurysm is. If the aneurysm ruptures it will cause ischemia and other forms of damage to the cells in the area. Again which cells are harmed depends on where the aneurysm is and whether it ruptures or causes other problems.
