Ultrasound: Ultrasound is a good start. It has no radiation and very high sensitivity. If you are considering other, visceral artery, aneurysms, then you may need to consider a ct with IV contrast. Speak with your vascular surgeon - they should no very well what tests are needed for which vessel.

Ultrasound: An abdominal ultrasound is a good compromise for screening for aneurysm and cost. Compared to a cat an u/s is noninvasive and does not require contrast medicine.
