Yes: Babies in the womb usually have their feet pointed in and they don't start to straighten them until they get older and start using their legs more.  If your child is starting to walk and tripping due to their feet turning in, talk with your doctor.

Doubtful: It is probable that the growth and development of your foot resulted in a higher arched foot or a foot type that produces more supination.  I highly doubt that walkling pigeon toed caused you to oversupinate.  If you are having foot pain though,   get an x ray of your foot and a thorough podiatric  evaluation to determine if 'oversupination' is causing a problem.

20yr female who is still pigeon toed.3 years ago i got shoe insoles to help correct but i still walk inwards. am i at risk later, should i see new dr?

Insoles rarely help: "pig-toed" feet are rarely caused by a problem in the foot so insoles rarely help. It is usually due to tightness in the hips  that  causes the leg to turn in and less commonly it is de to tibial torsion ( condition where the deformity is in the tibia)

unless you are tripping over your feet nothing more than pt and stretching of the hip capsules is in order.

How bad is it?: If it was going to resolve on its own it would have done so while you were growing. Now, the only thing that can be done to correct it, if it's bad enough, is surgery.  Being pigeon toed is not necessarily a problem; many athletes are as well. If it really bothers you, consult an orthopaedist that specializes in deformity correction.

Pigeon toe: This is usually due to internal tibial torsion.  It is congenital in origin and 90 percent of people outgrow the deformity.  If not it is usually not a problem.  It may look funny with walking but usually asymtomatic.

Pigeon toe: An up flat foot. " slew foot". A foot that is pointing out when walking.
