How bad is it?: If it was going to resolve on its own it would have done so while you were growing. Now, the only thing that can be done to correct it, if it's bad enough, is surgery. Being pigeon toed is not necessarily a problem; many athletes are as well. If it really bothers you, consult an orthopaedist that specializes in deformity correction.
