Ovarian cyst: If your cyst was drained, it involved surgery and will tala a little time to heal. This presumes that the cyst if the cause of your pain.

See below: I presume you had a laparoscopic drainage of ovarian cyst. If the cyst was not removed you have a high chance of it coming back.
