Increased bleeding: The concern with vaginal bleeding is anemia. Since you recently had a procedure on you ovary, there may be some dysregualtion. if it is not decreasing (looking like it is tailing off) -would call you doctor . Hormones like BCP may help regulate for a few months. Could also be infection/other pathology f/u with doc over next 24-48 hours.
