Many structures : In the knee: meniscus, bursa, ligaments.  Best to get this checked in person and perhaps get imaging for an accurate diagnosis.

Severe dysmenorrhea: Dysmenorrhea=painful menstruation that interferes with daily activities. This menstrual pain can be sharp, throbbing, dull, nauseating, burning, or shooting in character and may precede menstruation by several days or may accompany it. It can also occurs with excessive blood loss. Since your symptoms are severe and adversely affecting you, i advise seeing doc for eval. Motrin may help. Good luck.

Few possibilities: Including plantar fascitiis, stress fracture, plantar plate tear among some of the more common disorders. Advise a check up with a podiatrist.

Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate a patients joint pains, and refer to a rheumatologist and/or a physiatrist (pm&r doctor) if needed. Joint pains can be from many causes, such as auto-immune problems, osteoarthritis (due to wear and tear over the years), medication side effects, joint injuries, gout problems, etc... An orthopedic doctor can also help, depending on the type of joint problem.

i have had an ingrown toenail for the longest time, but i have had an infection in it for about 4 months. i get a throbbing pain and cannot walk on it. what should i do?

Get it treated: See a podiatrist or surgeon. You need antibiotics and removal of the ingrown nail from the infected area.
This will not get better without appropriate treatment.

There is no magic #: I suggest you walk as often as possible- away from fatty foods and those high in starches and carbohydrates. 
To get a 'flat stomach' you have to invest time in concentrated abdominal exercises along with a well balanced diet.

Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

i get the urge to poop, i keep walking & 10-15 min later it becomes more intense. i cant walk for fear of it coming out. i get light headed, feel clammy, & nauseas. this happens once in a while. my stomach feels weak for a few hours and then i'm fine?

Pain specialist: I would suggest a pain specialist.  Most back pain goes away on its own.  If yours has gone on more than 8-12 weeks and is not geting better you need to see your pcp.  An MRI would be in order at this point.  A pain specialist can offer various injections based on the cause of your pain
