Those are the: symptoms of irritable bowel. A stool softener like colace (docusate sodium) might help, but your symptoms will probably persist. f you are regular every 3-4 days,  would stick with that

Hemorrhoids: Nice description of hemorrhoid bleeding.  Keep a good balance of fiber (5-6 servings of fruit / vege a day) and hydration (enough liquid to have clear urine 4-5 times a day - not what you get with beer or coffee) and he should have durable relief.  Otc hemorrhoid rx may help.  If not, or if the bleeding or pain worsens he may have a higher grade of hemorrhoid or fissure and shoul see a doc.

going on 2.5 weeks of no pooping. i've tried 2 days of laxatives that have caused extreme abdominal & leg pain. i've increased my water and fibre intake. should i get more laxative? i fear the extreme pains again.

Urgent Care or ER!: You need to be seen at an Urgent Care center or Emergency Room as soon as possible! You have a severe case of constipation which has gone on too long. Possible causes are bowel obstruction, anal fissure, colon cancer, bowel stricture, rectal cancer &amp; rectocele. The sooner you are properly examined &amp; treated the better your chances for recovery. Best of luck with your health!

A missing piece....: .. of data is "How tall are you?" But 55 kg/121 pounds is pretty thin for a young man regardless of your height.  I do not recommend herbal supplements for healthy weight gain. Most young men who want to gain weight want to gain muscle. Focus on healthy diet--fruits, vegetables, oatmeal--and especially protein: eggs, beans, lentils, fish, low fat dairy products. Probably need at least 2400 cal/day

Diabetes : With such a large increase in your fluid intake I would need more history. Have you increased you fluid in take because of severe thirst or is this a conscience effort just to drink more water.   I would also like to know if you lost weight, are constantly tired, sleep a lot and are you having blurred vision. All of theses signs point to a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.

Not necessarily much: To be honest true biotin deficiency is quite rare.  And while there is some suggestion that biotin supplementation above and beyond RDA(recommended daily allowances) helps with nail, hair and nerve issues(particularly those related to kidney disease or diabetes), doses this high aren't necessarily going to provide extra benefit.

Nervousness: Increasing caffeine a lot can lead to being nervous or anxious, jittery, faster heart beat, increased blood pressure, mildly upset stomach with possible loose stools, sleeplessness, and mild dehydration. Caffeine is actually an insecticide developed by plants to keep bugs away. It is absolutely fine for a healthy person in moderation, but use too much and you can have some of above issues.
