Not necessarily much: To be honest true biotin deficiency is quite rare. And while there is some suggestion that biotin supplementation above and beyond RDA(recommended daily allowances) helps with nail, hair and nerve issues(particularly those related to kidney disease or diabetes), doses this high aren't necessarily going to provide extra benefit.

Enough, Already!: You can expect more biotin in your urine and not much else I bet you're taking it for hair loss. Well, good luck. . Won't hurt, but you'll have to see if it works. But you really don't need that much. The recommended daily dose is around 30 or go mcg,so to think 10,000 or even 5,000 mcg will help seems like overkill.More is not necessarily better. How about 500 mcg?No?OK,1,000. No?OK 1500 mcg.Enough!
