Recur: Pilondial cysts have a tendency to recur, unfortunately.  The cyst wall stays behind, even with rupture and antibiotic treatment, and the cyst can reaccumulate.  In order to properly treat a pilonidal cyst, the cyst wall needs to be completely removed.  Either your primary care physician or a surgeon can perform this procedure.

Likely a vasovagal: response. But you can always call 911 or go to an ER if you ever feel you are experiencing a medical emergency. Typically, if one lances a pilonidal cyst -- other than the pain from the procedure, and the purulent drainage from it, if there is no significant bleeding -- all typically is fine, but when there is concern relating to your syncope; go to the ER, to ensure no heart attack, etc occurring

: I would just irrigate it with water 2xaday and keep covered with a bandage. Take pictures as it gets better. Healing is amazing.

Not sure: This is more of a phrase than a question so i'm not sure what your asking.  But here's a guess.  Warm compresses can sometimes cause these cysts to drain which can allow them to heal.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil can be used for discomfort and inflammation.  Anything not resolving or requiring aspiration or incision and drainage should be performed by a physician with sterile equipment.
