Not sure: This is more of a phrase than a question so i'm not sure what your asking. But here's a guess. Warm compresses can sometimes cause these cysts to drain which can allow them to heal. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil can be used for discomfort and inflammation. Anything not resolving or requiring aspiration or incision and drainage should be performed by a physician with sterile equipment.

No: The highest risk with an inclusion cyst is that it can get infected. Any home therapy will likely result in the cyst coming back, or worse, an infection.
