It can be: Cerebellar ataxia is a description of examination.  Causes can be congenital, degenerative, caused by chronic damage from alcohol or dilantin, or associated with structural defects of the cerebellum.  It can also be an indication of cerebellar tumor.  Many patients following head injury recover with poor coordination and ataxia due to damage to the deep structures of the brain.

Brain atrophy: The description is consistant with diffuse brain atrophy, which can be just asymptomatic aging, but can be associated with dementias, chronic alcohol, multiple sclerosis, and a variety of degenerative neuronal causes.  Do you have issues with memory, focus, concentration, have you experienced repetitive head injuries, is there a family history of cognitive losses?  Ask neurologist the diagnosis.

No: The 9th cranial nerve is for sensation  in the pack of the throat as well as for swallowing. It does not produce tinnitus nor does it  produce any sensation in the ear.

Cereberellar ectopia: The key is the presence of symptoms. If present, then phase-contrast mr flow studies have a role in determining whether symptomatic chairi malformation patients may benefit from surgical intervention. You might wanna discuss with your pcp again or see a neurosurgeon.

: Your symptom complex is not a classical migraine picture.  Your left eye needs examination if visual loss persists longer than 20-30 minutes, as you might have a retinal detachment.  The leg symptoms likewise need analytic study.  Contact your physician or try urgent care center.

Unlikely: To have a neuromuscular effect on the eyes, it would have to so bad a blow there would be other problems. Fyi, there are some people who relate esophoria and exophoria to personality type. I'm skeptical, but it's an interesting notion. Is your exophoria affecting your ability to perceive?

Concussion: You can develop a labyrinthine (inner ear) concussion from a blow to the head causing dizziness for several weeks. It usually spontaneously  recovers  over time

Not normal: Not normal. Can be many things. Some ok, some not good. See an ENT surgeon for evaluation.

Get seen immediately: Well, young lady. Seeing as how you're international I don't think I'm bound by age restrictions to give you advice though it would be nice to know your parents are involved in this problem as well. If your "blackout" times are accurate and have occurred following a forceful blow to the head then, you need to get your parents or guardian to get you to a doctor such as a NEUROLOGIST for a visit.

Yes, you could: Have repeated concussions and bleeds.
