Cereberellar ectopia: The key is the presence of symptoms. If present, then phase-contrast mr flow studies have a role in determining whether symptomatic chairi malformation patients may benefit from surgical intervention. You might wanna discuss with your pcp again or see a neurosurgeon.

See a neurologist: Your symptoms may or may not be related to the ct finding. A neurologist should be able to tell the difference.
