Unlikely: To have a neuromuscular effect on the eyes, it would have to so bad a blow there would be other problems. Fyi, there are some people who relate esophoria and exophoria to personality type. I'm skeptical, but it's an interesting notion. Is your exophoria affecting your ability to perceive?
