Not really: High white blood cells after transplant could be from possible use of steroids which might be given to prevent infection. But you should consult with your doctor or a hematologist to make sure the high number is not from an infection because of the immune suppressive medication you are on or malignancy.

It could be CLL: Cll is a low grade type of cancer. But we need to know your differential count(% of lymphocytes). Cll is chrronic lymphocytic leukemia which is not uncommon as we get int the 7th decade of life. You should consult a hematologist to further investigate this matter.It is nothing very serious right now but it needs to be monitored by a physician.

if you had ovarian cancer and it ruptured would that cause high wbc count in urine? would that be very painful in the moment and then stop hurting?

Peritoneal spread: If ovarian cancer ruptures it would cause the tumor to spread inside the abdominal cavity which is a much more serious issue than the questions you are asking. If you have any doubt, please see your doctor for a consultation.

i was sent to a hematologist due to mildly elevated wbc at 11. no symptoms and my wbc count has been elevated at 11 for many years. flow cytometry test came back negative but wbc was still elevated. does that mean no blood cancer cells found?

: Mildly high white cell count (persistently mild leukocytosis) is quite common and I have several patients with this condition. Some medications can be the cause of this condition which is benign.
No you do not have blood cancer especially this finding has been present for years.

White blood cell cou: There types of cancers that can increase white blood cell counts but that is a very unusual reason to have the increase.  It's more likely due to infection. See your primary care physician.

Possible: Chronic myelogenous leukemia will be something to rule out in addition to many other possible conditions that may explain the elevation of wbc- such as infection , inflammation ,  etc. Some blood works need to be done and referral to hematologist should be considered. Stop worrying: This is a normal white count. Leukemia is more about abnormal cells though the count is often off. Lymphoma will present as a mass or obvious symptoms. you’re 21 years old, should be focusing on starting your career, progressing socially, maybe finding love, not obsessing over sickness that’s unlikely at your age. If you have actual specific symptoms, get seen; otherwise be glad you’re healthy
