Stop worrying: This is a normal white count. Leukemia is more about abnormal cells though the count is often off. Lymphoma will present as a mass or obvious symptoms. you’re 21 years old, should be focusing on starting your career, progressing socially, maybe finding love, not obsessing over sickness that’s unlikely at your age. If you have actual specific symptoms, get seen; otherwise be glad you’re healthy
