Familial hyperchol-: Estrolemia.  Ldl receptor is a key component in the metalboism of LDL and defects in the receptor protein are associated with high LDL levels.  There multiple types of inherited defects of the receptor and people with homozygous defective genes may have very high LDL and early onset of cardio-vascular disease.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. I need more details: creator dose, pre and post lipid profile, past medical history etc.
To further advise.
    There are other effective meds. Supplements including coQ don’t have comparable efficacy. Best to use what has been thoroughly tested!
