Beans, nuts, seeds: 1 cup of tofu has 20 grams protein, 10 grams of fat & 4 grams of carbohydrates.
All beans, lentils and chickpeas are good sources of protein, as are nuts & seeds. Hemp seeds contain as much protein as any food and it is a "complete" protein. Quinoa is the highest protein grain. Very limited: Food is a combo of protein, carb, fat. Low sugar-easy. Low fat-easy, low carb-easy, high protein and vegan with all the other restrictions-really hard. Most vegan sources of protein e.G beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan, nuts, seeds, have fair amounts of the other nutrients as well. The more restricted a diet, the greater the chances for imbalance (old insight-hippocrates wrote it).

Diet's not the key: I hope that you will manage your cholesterol and any other coronary risk factors appropriately. Vegans have the moral high ground, but all the really big good studies I've seen have shown no impact of vegetarianism / veganism on any health or longevity parameter when we control for other lifestyle factors. I'm sorry you were deceived. Eat to please yourself and stay physically fit.

Vit B12 is a water soluble vitamin which means toxicity happens only at doses thousands of times the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), so you and your body should be fine the level you are at. Vitamin B12 RDA is 2.4 mcg per day but for vegans is 250 mcg per day. Have a blessed day.
