Colon cancer: At your age colon cancer is highly unlikely.  Hemorrhoids can cause your problem, and occur often with constipation.  Adjust your diet with more fruits, vegetables, carrots, lots of fluids.  To check on hemorrhoids you will need to see your doctor for a check up.

Stools: The fullness sensation is probably due to the hemorrhoids. The narrow stools is a function of many things - stool consistence, amount of stools, side of opening.

Doctor can examine: Young adults under age 30 are unlikely to have bowel cancer. A person can never tell if he is the rare unlucky one to get cancer at a young age. More importantly, a person cannot live his life worrying about rare diseases. So, the best one can do is live a healthy life, see the doctor for evaluation and do the colonoscopy if advised. That means a visit and full exam by one's primary care doctor.

See below: Local measures such as soaking in a warm bath and use of anti-inflammatory medicine (ibuprofen, aspirin) can help a little. It usually resolves over a few days, but if it is very hard and too painful, a doctor or emergency room may be able to open or remove the external hemorrhoid.

However, blood from a different source such as the colon could absolutely manifest in the same way.  A simple physical exam by a healthcare professional may elucidate the cause, sometimes further tests such as a colonoscopy are warranted.

Usually not: Usually, blood from hemorrhoids is bright red; blood from bleeding in or near the stomach is usually black (this is termed melena) due to the effect of stomach acid on the blood.  It is possible for a blood clot to pass from the stomach to the rectum, resulting in black-colored stool predominantly on one side of the stool.
