Difficult: In a young person like yourself, blood in the stool is usually indicative of hemorrhoids. However, blood from a different source such as the colon could absolutely manifest in the same way. A simple physical exam by a healthcare professional may elucidate the cause, sometimes further tests such as a colonoscopy are warranted.

Exam: You need to have some one take a look and check that area out. No one can see themselves back there. Once the big problems are ruled in or out then we can talk about the hemorrhoids bleeding.
