Thin stool: Changes in caliber of stools not usually associated with hemorrhoid more concern for lesion inside colon and higher than rectum. Could be concern for malignancy see physician soon.

No: Hemorrhoids are vascular and soft and rarely are the cause of change in bowel habits or constipation or change in the caliber of the stool in and by themselves.
