Not related: Nausea and hemorrhoids are usually not related.  Hemorrhoids can be related to straining too long, stasis of blood in the veins.

Promptly: While issue is lessened currently, you could rebleed again and potentially heavily. Avoid straining at stool by taking a softener (perhaps miralax ) and apply anusol hc cream or Tucks pads until definitive care is available. A good colorectal or general surgeon should be able to help.

Bloating/ gas/ pain: May be food intolerances, record what occurs when eat dairy, gluten soy, or try no dairy x 1 wk ,then no gluten x 1 week then no soy x 1 week, Constipation-even w/ BM  can cause pain and gas, try Gas-x 1 before  meals &amp; milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) 1 tablespoon 2x/day x 4, Check  stool guiac, reflux , h pylori, vaginitis ( mycoplasma even w/o sex), and  ultrasound  of  gallbladder/ ovaries. f/u w/doc

Primary Care doctor: With multiple symptoms in multiple locations, a patient should work with her primary care doctor now to see what things are going on. That means Internal Medicine or Family Medicine doctors in the US, but not Gynecologists. Some countries call their Primary Care doctors GP's, but in the US the doctors with the extra years of primary care training in adult medicine are the IM and FP doctors.

Very unlikely.: For a 25 year old, colon cancer is unusual.  Most likely the symptoms are due to a different cause.  It is important for your physician to perform a history/physical exam and help you figure out what might be going on.  It is too difficult to give a diagnosis online without a proper evaluation.

Perianal mass: That would be an unusual color for a hemorrhoid.  While hemorrhoids are a common diagnosis, there are other conditions which could be confused for a hemorrhoid such as an abscess.  An evaluation by a general or colorectal surgeon would be recommended.
