When I have a bowel movement that has hard bits in it(bit nails, nuts), it doesn't matter if it is hard or soft, I get itching and often rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids. Other than not being constipated, how can I relieve the itch from hemorrhoids?
Yoga helps relieve some gas but I still feel constipated. Have hemrroids. BMs have changed slightly over the last couple days (fine, watery, and now golfball size). I have frequent sharp pain in abdomen and colon, could it be bowel obstruction?
