Constipation?: First thing that comes to mind is constipation but consult with your doc &/or gastroenterilogist.

This really depends: I wish i could give you a simple answer, but i can't. However, neither hemorrhoids nor fissure should give nausea. Fissure can cause loss in appetite, which is more a food fear as patients are trying to avoid having bowel movements. This really requires a detailed history and a physical examination to be able to answer this for you. You should make an appointment to have a further discussion.
