hello sirs how can i control my thoughts at night during sleep to prevent anxiety. i have meditation but wasn't able to control them?

Sleep Hygiene: Shutting down your brain at night is easy for some, but difficult for others. If you already use meditation, try pmr (progressive muscle relaxation).I recommend a 20 minute guided pmr--many are found on itunes, such as one by dr. Beth salcedo. In addition, there are many books out there written about how to have good "sleep hygiene"--the art of getting good rest.

Safe: Most lipotrophic injections are vit b complex in high doses. Vitamin b is water soluble hence minimal side effects apart from injection site  reaction. They are not effective for weight loss. However patients commonly report a boost of energy.

SIRS: The conference concluded that the manifestations of sirs include, but are not limited to:
body temperature less than 36°c(96.8°f) or greater than 38°c(100.4°f)
heart rate greater than 90 beats per minute
 tachypnea (high respiratory rate), with than 20 breaths per minute; or, an arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide less than 4.3 kpa (32 mmhg)
 white blood cell count less than 4000 cells/mm³.

Can be: Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome which is either fever or hypothermia,either high or low blood count with many WBC band forms, tachycardia and tachypnea, can be seen in infections with sepsis and in noninfectious insults such as trauma or burns. Therefore depending on the cause it can be associated with pain.

Need more info: Too many types of rashes to help, see an MD/dermatologist to help.  Bring with photos along with the who what when where of your brother's story.  How long has he had it for, does it hurt, sting, itch, anything help or aggravate, any travel, any medications?

Get accurate dx!: Make sure you are correctly diagnosed.  Most pcp's and family docs, in addition to psychiatrists and medical psychologists, easily diagnose and treat this disorder.

See hepatologist: You had some indication for a liver biopsy - part of the answer is likely to lie there.  What is the cause of your liver disorder that causes you to be on cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil)?  This is a drug used to suppress the immune system (?Pbc, aih. Psc).  You may have had some bacterial colonization of your bile ducts that caused systemic infection and the systemic inflammatory response syndrome you relayed.

Treat the cause: The most important thing is to identify and treat the underlying cause. This is usually infection, especially sepsis. There is no standard treatment because there are several possible causes. Antioxidants such as vitamin e may help but treating the cause is most important.

VARIABLE: No 2 ms pts are alike, medicines may be helpful for some, but useless for others.  If  recently been diagnosed, her MRI and exam can predict how aggressive the illness may become.  With a large burden of disease, and an abnormal exam, it is best to start with the most potent meds, such as tysabri (natalizumab) or gilenya.   Years 1-5 are most critical.  Need efficacy from the start.  Also, vit d, 5-10k u/day.
