Hello. : Hello. There are charts that provide information about normal penile size for particular age groups.  You can look this up on line and get an idea if the length of his penis is within normal limits. If he is well below the mean, than you could consult with your doctor. I don't what to say about testicular size.

: Yes. In people without a genetic defect in fat metabolism (95% of us) you can consume eggs daily. I wouldn't give it a second thought. A simple lipid profile done on you in the past would have detected a problem. Much of the media attention to eggs/yokes has perpetuated a myth.

Height percentile: Unfortunately most young men stop growing around age 17 to 18. It is unlikely that you will grow more given that you are almost 20. Growth hormone shots need to be given when the patient is less than 11 or 12 years old (in boys - earlier for girls). After age 14 to 15 growth hormone shots usually will not help increase adult height.

No help without : Seeing your doctor, you need to be evaluated right, after physical exam, blood tests and x-rays would tell how your bone age is and whether you need some hormonal treatment to achieve puberty and adolescence, your doctor would refer you to a specialist, mainly an endocrinologist. It won't happen: Ten Kg is the equivalent of 66,000 calories &amp; most people consume/use 2000-3000/day. You could run/walk &amp; workout constantly and increase your metabolic burn to 4000/day but would have no other life. You would also have to cut your diet down to 400 cal/day. None of this would be healthy &amp; should only be done under supervision. If you cut back eating &amp; workout some, 1kg/wk would be reasonable.

Do not worry.: Being skinny is not a disease. If you are otherwise healthy and just skinny, do not fret about it. You will gain weight as you grow older and then you will look back fondly at this time when you could eat and not gain weight.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
