Poor Health: Statistically low. But not impossible.  Smoking and obesity will definitely shorten your life, but probably not in the 30s. The sooner you decide to live fully and make important changes in your lifestyle then you will regain health and lower your risk of early death.

Not sure: Rapid heart rate is not uncommon. Wonder if you are smoking pesticides that have been used on the cannabis. Only a twit would continue to use cannabis with these symptoms. You need to stop use of cannabis - listen to your body.

Better than smoking: Nicotine patches used properly can be a safe and effective way to quit smoking. As far as we know, the most dangerous part of a cigarette when it comes to heart attack and cancer risk is the tar and smoke itself. While nicotine is a highly addictive substance and may have some effects on blood pressure and heart rate, nicotine in the form of a patch on the way to quitting is safe.

Avoid smoking : You should not smoke in a contraceptive pill. Your risk of a clot increases. Like dvt. Also your risk of coronary artery disease may increase too. Newer pills are much better and risk of DVT are lower. But, why taking a chance?

: The chances of you having a heart attack at 23 with no family history and healthy is low but not zero. If you are having symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, unexplained nausea, you should see your doctor and have it checked or go to the nearest ER if you get sudden symptoms. You should not take any chances! Good luck!!

AbsolutelyStressTest: of very low value because they are totally incapable of detecting arterial disease. They are only partially capable of detecting complications of very advanced arterial disease, i.e. severe narrowing (e.g. &gt;75%) due to clots over previous plaque ruptures; see the illustration I have attached. While EKG stress tests work best, they are still very insensitive; Docs perform because insurance pays.

Maybe later: Predisposition for heart attack is hereditary. You are 28yo and female and that gives you certain protection now.
However, because you do not want to have heart disease later in life, it is never to late to start doing right, like eating healthy and appropriately and start exercising to be in better shape, loose weight and delay or completely avoid  a heart attack.
Get clearance by your md.

i'm a otherwise healthy 21 year old and i've had chest pain for 2 weeks now.. i've never smoked . if this was a heart attack would i have known by now?

Rare: Heart attack pain is very rare in a young woman non-smoker. There are other conditions that can cause it however and it certainly merits evaluation soon. See your Primary Care this week if possible.
