Maybe later: Predisposition for heart attack is hereditary. You are 28yo and female and that gives you certain protection now. However, because you do not want to have heart disease later in life, it is never to late to start doing right, like eating healthy and appropriately and start exercising to be in better shape, loose weight and delay or completely avoid a heart attack.
