What to do if i used to smoke on the contaceptive pill, have i increased my risk of heart attack?

Avoid smoking : You should not smoke in a contraceptive pill. Your risk of a clot increases. Like dvt. Also your risk of coronary artery disease may increase too. Newer pills are much better and risk of DVT are lower. But, why taking a chance?
