The chances of you having a heart attack at 23 with no family history and healthy is low but not zero. If you are having symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, unexplained nausea, you should see your doctor and have it checked or go to the nearest ER if you get sudden symptoms. You should not take any chances! Good luck!!

The risk is near zero. It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
