Not sure: Rapid heart rate is not uncommon. Wonder if you are smoking pesticides that have been used on the cannabis. Only a twit would continue to use cannabis with these symptoms. You need to stop use of cannabis - listen to your body.

Maybe: To quote another smart person, "only a twit would continue to use cannabis...". I don't like to be judgmental, but i treat smokers of all sorts everyday. Numerous cancers and diseases are the result of lifestyle choices. Often choices to use so called "natural" substance. Remember, like marijuana, tobacco is also a "natural herb". Smoking marijuana and tobacco are both unhealthy.
