Yes : As i told you before  it would be best if this were treated operatively 
but yes it will most probably heal but with some loss of function/ length / motion ect
also check vit d level as if it is low then healing will be negatively impacted.

will a broken elbow (vertical fracture on the radial head) cause pain and weakness in wrist/hand? or could it be a whole other injury? ive been having a hard time moving my hand and wrist. fingers have been swollen and i cant move my hand palm up?

: A nerve injury due to a broken elbow can cause wrist and hand weakness but it should not cause the swollen fingers. You probably have a hand injury at the same time. You should be re-examined and may need to have X-ray of the wrist &amp; hand done.

Depends but: Typically most fracture heal in about 3 months but may continue remodelling for up to a year. After three months most fractures are healed to the point where there are no restrictions. That is also true for compound fractures but it depends on their severity.

i have chondomalacia grade 2 of my radius. i had a coronoid fracture and subluxion of the elbow 7 months ago. would this cause it ?

Trauma: Traumatic chodromalia is well problem to effect any joint and the elbow is one of them.

would you advice to play soccer on saturday? what can i wear to protect my wrist further?

Ask your orthopedist: In a young healthy person, at 6 weeks, a fracture is usually healed.  However, I do not know the details or severity of your injury.  It is easily possible to fall playing soccer and reinjure it, which would be horrible.  You need to follow the advice of the person who knows the details of your injury - your orthopedic doctor.

: radial head may have healed in a non anatomic position resulting in impingement you need followup xrays and orthopedic evaluation. Sometimes these fractures require radial head resection and possible implant.

It : It is recommeded that you see an orthopaedic specialist trained in elbow, upper extremity surgery.  Stiffness after a radial head fracture is common.  Other issues like scar tissue, incomplete healing of the broken bone and improper bone healing can also occur.
